GoogleSophie Platford has been absolutely brilliant in helping me with the process of selling my home. She’s made me feel that I can relax as she’s taken on board all the stress & worry that can come with selling a home. Sophie’s answered all of my questions, given me advice & made the process in a way that is friendly, kind, caring & calming. She’s there at the other end of a phone if I need her, she’s keeping me up to date on all matters but without being a nuisance. I feel very confident that I’m in good hands with Sophie. I also have to mention the manger Stuart Lugo who has been another great help & also very friendly & kind. Together they have gone beyond what is expected of them in selling my home as I have not been & am not well. They have been very understanding, kind & very patient. Sophie & Stuart have gone at my pace & also giving me that helpful hand when needed. Not only did they sell my home but they helped me purchase my next one. Once again having had the help from these two wonderful people & not forgetting the rest of Howard's Estate Agents team who are amazing, have gotten me the right property for myself. They listen to my needs & wants & again have all done an amazing job. I got valued feedback & advice but again without any pushing or pressure. GoogleWow, once again Jeanette has come up with the goods! This lady is a breath of fresh air and so full of enthusiasm and knowledge not only about her trade but also local knowledge. She came to our home at 1.30pm, by 2.30pm had completed what she needed to do, had the first (And only) viewing by 3pm and offer made by 10am the following day. Now beat that!! What an absolute legend. She sure knows her stuff. Great job Jeanette and the team! We bought our current home through them, our first introduction to Howards and wouldn't use anyone else. Hayley also did a cracking job chasing the conveyancing and keeping us in the loop. Great team, great service and great people. Thank you all so much....
