GoogleWe sold our house and purchased our new house through Howard's and we have been so impressed. We put Howards under a lot of pressure because we marketed our house solely to buy a house that they already had for sale so they pushed hard to get it sold as quickly as possible. As soon as our house sold, Amy took care of the case and has been absolutely brilliant throughout. She was constantly chasing all parties in our chain, always keeping us informed and telling us what we need to do next. By keeping the sale and purchase through Howard's, it has made a stressful transaction largely very smooth and Amy must take a huge amount of credit for this, we have been so impressed by what she has done. Special mention to Georgia and Sean who were both heavily involved early on and got the house sold in the first place.

GoogleSo when our new landlord transferred our property over to Howard's Lowestoft branch, I was a bit skeptical as many years ago my experience with Howard's wasn't great but this time has so far been fantastic, and that's down to the lovely Jeremy. Every problem or query I've had Jeremy has been on it and sorted very quickly. I can not fault customer service when it comes to Jeremy he is always very upbeat and he never fails to make me laugh. We have just been through a long process that shouldn't of taken so long but that was due to my energy supplier and I must admit Jeremy made it a lot easier for me as he was like a friend that I could vent to about the situation, he was so understanding and kept me sane through the whole process. He really is amazing and Howard's should be very proud and give him the recognition that's he deserves. Best customer service ever. 😁

GooglePutting my late mother's house on the market was a sad affair but we have felt thoroughly supported by the team in Lowestoft. In particular I would like to thank Ben for his initial help, both in advising us and taking brilliant photos and video, and also Georgia for her excellent communications skills in keeping us up to date with every development. Estate agents sometimes get a bad press and at first I had limited expectations, however the truly excellent blend of friendliness and professionalism that was evident in this team, and the very real and personal care that was extended to us was outstanding. Such was their enthusiastic approach to marketing the house that from very first contact through to an accepted offer was just under two weeks. I would highly commend this team and especially Georgia and Ben who made the process painless. In the latter stages of the sale Amy Lugo has been very proactive in keeping us up to date with the final details and seeing us through to completion. They are a winning team.

GoogleI instructed Howards to sell my late step father's property in Corton because they were the only agent to follow up on the valuation they carried out for me (I never heard anything further from the other two) and I thought if they were keen for the instruction they would work harder to sell the house. I wasn't disappointed. The property sold within 3 weeks and Amy has kept me informed of progress throughout. The whole process has only taken 12 weeks from start to finish so well done to all concerned

GoogleI spoke to Hannah on the phone, I'm a first time buyer with my partner and Hannah was really friendly and took the time to note our budget and what exactly we are looking for - she then sent through some houses that are a great match and the contact details for the rest of the team if we wanted to book any viewings. Great service and didn't leave us waiting around for information like we've unfortunately had with other companies recently - would definitely recommend Hannah and the team at Howards. Hopefully the beginning of our first home journey!

GoogleI have just had the pleasure of receiving a checkout report from Jeremy Smith (property manager) at Howard’s Estate and Lettings Agents Lowestoft.This was for a flat that a long standing single male occupant had relinquished. I opened the email containing the report after my first opportunity to access the flat as such my visit was before the email was sent. I must say how impressed I am at Jeremy’s totally accurate report and description of the flats condition and his accompanying recommendations.
