I instructed Howards to sell my late step father's property in Corton because they were the only agent to follow up on the valuation they carried out for me (I never heard anything further from the other two) and I thought if they were keen for the instruction they would work harder to sell the house. I wasn't disappointed. The property sold within 3 weeks and Amy has kept me informed of progress throughout. The whole process has only taken 12 weeks from start to finish so well done to all concerned

I spoke to Hannah on the phone, I'm a first time buyer with my partner and Hannah was really friendly and took the time to note our budget and what exactly we are looking for - she then sent through some houses that are a great match and the contact details for the rest of the team if we wanted to book any viewings.
