Georgia is by far the nicest, most efficient and most professional estate agent I have met. Ever! Of course polite and courteous arranging viewings, and of course punctual and professional. But then she started laying on the extras - she showed genuine interest in our situation - listening carefully and considering our options and providing helpful advice. We could not find a question that she didn't know the answer to. Georgia's style is great - helpful enough to know what you need at the start of a viewing, and then able to let you carry on exploring by yourself - and then suddenly there again when you have a question. Georgia may be paid by the seller - but as a buyer I absolutely feel that she is there to support both sides and is clearly happy to put in whatever work is necessary to help things along - including calling my agent to find out how our own sale is progressing and checking what can be done to help. One of our viewings with Georgia was to a property where an elderly woman is having to downsize and was clearly finding it an emotional challenge. I noticed during our visit how Georgia was able to handle everything we could possibly need, whilst also tending to this vulnerable lady and dealing with her situation sympathetically. This for me emitomises the concept of tiny noticible things. If you could clone estate agents - I would choose Georgia - and yes, I am a genuine (and happy) customer!

We sold our house and purchased our new house through Howard's and we have been so impressed. We put Howards under a lot of pressure because we marketed our house solely to buy a house that they already had for sale so they pushed hard to get it sold as quickly as possible. As soon as our house sold, Amy took care of the case and has been absolutely brilliant throughout. She was constantly chasing all parties in our chain, always keeping us informed and telling us what we need to do next. By keeping the sale and purchase through Howard's, it has made a stressful transaction largely very smooth and Amy must take a huge amount of credit for this, we have been so impressed by what she has done. Special mention to Georgia and Sean who were both heavily involved early on and got the house sold in the first place.

So when our new landlord transferred our property over to Howard's Lowestoft branch, I was a bit skeptical as many years ago my experience with Howard's wasn't great but this time has so far been fantastic, and that's down to the lovely Jeremy. Every problem or query I've had Jeremy has been on it and sorted very quickly. I can not fault customer service when it comes to Jeremy he is always very upbeat and he never fails to make me laugh. We have just been through a long process that shouldn't of taken so long but that was due to my energy supplier and I must admit Jeremy made it a lot easier for me as he was like a friend that I could vent to about the situation, he was so understanding and kept me sane through the whole process. Putting my late mother's house on the market was a sad affair but we have felt thoroughly supported by the team in Lowestoft. In particular I would like to thank Ben for his initial help, both in advising us and taking brilliant photos and video, and also Georgia for her excellent communications skills in keeping us up to date with every development. Estate agents sometimes get a bad press and at first I had limited expectations, however the truly excellent blend of friendliness and professionalism that was evident in this team, and the very real and personal care that was extended to us was outstanding. Such was their enthusiastic approach to marketing the house that from very first contact through to an accepted offer was just under two weeks. I would highly commend this team and especially Georgia and Ben who made the process painless.
