We had a problem with our hot water two days before Christmas but thankfully I spoke with Strachen and he was absolutely brilliant. He kept us informed and against all the odds managed to get a plumber to us who fixed the problem in 10 minutes so we had hot water again. Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Strachen for all his help, he was polite and friendly and even rang a few days later to make sure all had gone OK.
