Earlier this year, we rented a place in Kessingland through Howards in Lowestoft. Dan, our letting agent, was brilliant to deal with; the online portal application had some rather unnerving quirks, but it all went very smoothly with Dan’s assistance. When we moved in, there were a few maintenance issues at the property that needed to be fixed. Lara is our Property Manager at Howards and again, Lara has been brilliant to deal with. Lara has always responded very promptly to our emails and has been great at keeping us informed of progress. The items have all been satisfactorily resolved. I really do recommend Howards of Lowestoft!

We chose Howard's to sell our property after meeting Cara Childerhouse from the Beccles Branch. Cara's enthusiasm and positivity filled us with confidence that she would work hard to market our home. She took wonderful photographs and managed to describe our unusual home perfectly. Cara dealt with all the viewings and within a week we received several offers well over our asking price which is all due to Cara's professionalism. We have now accepted an offer and are continuing to receive regular support from Cara's colleague Amy. We can't recommend Howard's highly enough.
