We met Stuart Lugo today with a view to either selling or renting our homes in Gorleston & Bradwell. Stuart arrived on time and we found him to be very friendly, easy going and very knowledgeable. He was informative and honest with his appraisals, with out being the slightest bit pushy. We also found that he was very straight forward and honest with his valuations. These were around the amounts we suspected but it was good to hear that we were on the right track and not way off the mark. He also offered advise and once again he wasn't pushy but just straight forward and I valued his comments. I would definately recommend Stuart and will be using his services again when we know in which direction we will be going in the rental/sales market.

We sold our house through Howards in December 2022 and we were super happy with the whole process. They chased everything when it needed to be, kept on top of the process and regularly updated me with what was going on. From the beginning when we met with Aime, we were unsure on whether we actually wanted to sell, but her reassurance and advice on the whole process of selling and buying put us at ease, which in the end resulted in us getting more than we ever could have hoped for, and our dream home. Where to begin... I have been renting from Howard's for almost 12 years and as a team they have always resolved any issues swiftly but one member of staff imparticular has been outstanding. Jeremy Smith what a asset to the company. Back story... early 2022 my landlord had agreed to an extension on the property and provided a builder, work got under way beginning of March 2022. Things had been going smoothly for a month or so but at this point my daughter was sleeping on a mattress on my bedroom floor as her bedroom was part of the extension, then the kitchen was removed and was told I would be without a kitchen for a couple of months ok wasn't ideal but the end result would be totally worth it. Fast forward to November 2022 builder gone and didn't return still no kitchen, daughter still on bedroom floor, nothing completed. I had to get in contact with howards as I had no heating, they sent an engineer and turns out the said builder had disconnected the heating on the boiler and it wasn't just a quick fix. So at this point my mental health wasn't great, in winter no heating, no kitchen and my daughter who was patiently waiting for her new room still sleeping on my bedroom floor. It was a living nightmare... I was constantly phoning howards trying to get it moved along but I honestly felt they just thought I was exaggerating and making a mountain out of a molehill it wasn't the case I can assure. I was transferred through to lowestoft office and it was Jeremy that took the call and I am so grateful he did. He listened to me explaing the situation, I broke down on the phone with how the situation had got to this point and he assured me now he was on the case he would do everything in his power to get it resolved. He asked to visit the property to see what he was dealing with.. he came took loads of photos and was gobsmacked to say the least I genuinely wasn't exaggerating and it was worse than he thought. He vowed he would get it sorted. He appointed two builders to assess the work that needed doing and due to it now being december was right on top of Christmas still living in the same way I had been for months. The new builder was due to start in the new year but until then I still had no heating and he went out-of his way to bring me electric heaters so me and my daughter could atleast stay warm. Just before howards office broke up for christmas he gave me numbers to call if I ever needed anything over the Christmas period. New year came and the work was started. I spoke to Jeremy and yet again breaking down on the phone as my mental health had hit an all time low over Christmas he was listenening to me and promised to call me everyday he was working to check the progress on the new builder and assured me if I had any queries no matter how small to call and to this day he has kept his promise. This man has gone above and beyond to help my family. The compassion this man has shown has been overwhelming, it has restored my faith in humanity, if only there was more more jemerys in the world. I can not thank Jeremy enough for everything he has done for us and I will always be truly grateful. From the bottom of my heart thankyou Jeremy not only for listening to me and putting up with my meltdowns along the way, but pushing the builders and keeping on top of this whole case. I now have not just a beautiful house it's somewhere we can call home, i have an extremely happy daughter and all the stress and tears was so worth it. Thank you Jeremy!!!
