GoogleI contacted tons of Agencies around Lowestoft with a solid CV but Howards stood out. Met Ayesha for a first visit which happened to be unsuccessful. However, Ayesha has been so amazing and finally things happen. I really appreciate the fact that she always responds very quick and makes things move. Her guidance at each and every steps has been really amazing! I highly recommend that Agency and defintely Ayesha and her team!

Once the purchase was agreed, Amy kept me informed of the progress, and was very professional, efficient, and made the whole process feel seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to use Howard's again.

GoogleHad a brilliant experience dealing with Howard’s when purchasing my first property. From being made aware of the property when it first went on the market to exchanging of contacts, they’ve been very helpful and friendly. Georgia as the estate agent was brilliant when purchasing the house, Jazmin was always keeping me up to date with the admin side of things, Lexi and Addison were very helpful when I was viewing the property, Amy has been very helpful once I had my offer accepted, making sure the process has gone quickly and smoothly and Sam was very helpful and efficient in sorting out the mortgage side of things. 100% would recommend Howard’s Lowestoft to anybody looking to purchase or sell a property.

GoogleI telephoned Howards this morning regarding the licensing fee. I received an absolutely awful service. The service has recently gone dramatically down they took our money from our account without authorisation be it verbal or via email and then we are told it will take 7 to 10 working days to refund it. We are seriously consider considering swapping agents for the management service but we are told it will cost us six weeks rent to do so they are extremely unhelpful. Don’t bother using their service. They took £450 as an admin fill to fill in the licensing form.

I understand this recording has now been shared with you for clarity. We have not charged any fees outside of our agreed terms of business, which were signed and accepted. I’m sorry that you feel this was done without your consent; however, we acted in accordance with your instructions. That said, I can confirm that if this process has not yet been completed or submitted on your behalf, we will of course arrange for the fee to be refunded.
