I have recently purchased a property through Howards, Lowestoft. Amy Lugo was my main contact throughout and did a great job in co-ordinating and chasing the various parties involved. I appreciate how invested she was in getting things over the line and I think process would have been more arduous without her efforts. Thanks!

Very slow to respond to any emails sent. Still waiting on a response after 2 or 3 weeks. Questioning why I choose them as my letting agent.
