GoogleGood messaging service for updates and confirmation of booking. Maddie arrived early and was polite and helpful. We were really disappointed with the office for not supplying Maddie with keys to the conservatory. We drove 3 hours for the viewing and could only see the conservatory from the outside.my husband had to remove a broken rotted door that was outside the back door as it was dangerous and couldn’t be passed and we wouldn’t of had to do this if keys had been available.

GoogleI had an extremely positive experience using Howards to find a property to rent in the Lowestoft area. Ayesha in particular was brilliant, contacting me when a property that she felt met my requirements became available. After viewing the property it was absolutely spot on, and everything that I was looking for. I'm really looking forward to moving in to my new home next month, and would not be doing this without the brilliant assistance recieved.

GoogleMaddie at Howard’s is just amazing! from the clients point of view it’s really hard to trust anything in the housing market and estate agents what with the constant movement. Maddie genuinely cares about the clients first and the clients needs rather than the sale which of course is paramount but Maddie has mad me feel that the children’s and myself has always prioritised before the pressure of must sell must sell. I feel that she actually cares for my complex situation and has taken the time to understand it which has made me on reflection feel valued and not just another client Maddie has to deal with. I have not needed to repeat the basics requirements nor explained myself either which hasn’t led me frustrated and emotional, Howard’s have been around since 1926 and nearly 100 years experience and passion shows greatly, good luck Maddie I wish you all the best as you are lovely polite well mannered and I’m sure you will be a manager before you know it. X

GoogleNot a good experience at all. For a company that is well known in the town, I expect a lot better service. Unable to communicate when asked, but are very quick off the mark when it suits them. Will never use them again. Not recommended, not to be trusted, not good at customer service either. MGBs.

GoogleWe found Howards estate agents at Great Yarmouth extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process of our move. We wasn't selling with them we was buying from them. They help guide us through the experience when we needed it as it was our 1st move in 32 years! They were very understanding, nothing was too much trouble. They all made an effort to help and make the sale go as smooth as possible especially Amy Lugo who got the sale pushed through and dates secured. Going above and beyond. So a big thank you to you all and of course a big shout out to Amy. And now we are in our lovely new home thanks to you.
