GoogleI am very impressed with the quality of service I have received from Georgia Lee at Howards Estate agent in Lowestoft she is cheerful and a truly dedicated member of the staff who takes personal ownership of any problems and queries with exuberance, a team player who is a credit to Howards, her empathic customer skills leaves you feeling confident that you are in safe hands during the whole processes of the conveyancing especially when it comes down to her good continuity communication skills that are the key to a successful completion date.

GoogleAyesha has been dealing with my enquiries for a rental property. I phoned her 4 times in one day once and she was bright and cheery despite my borderline annoying levels of contact. The actual application process for renting needs some major streamlining but the actual human side of the process can't be faulted.

GoogleHowards fabricated lists of false interest, not a single viewing, lied abt everything too much to mention after making a ruin into a beautiful home, left everything behind moved out on nat exp 3 days b4 xmas with a trolley forced to sell at a loss they are sharks n vulchers after asmuch as they can make out of ur hard work as possible oss never 4get my nightmare

GoogleI have had a very good service from Howardβs in Gorleston on Sea. Sophie Playford, provided me with very good advice when selling my Mothers Property. Several viewings were organised in a timely fashion and very quickly a buyer was found. Itβs stressful selling a property and Sophie was kind and possess very good communication and listening skills. Sophie was able to assess the validity and the motivations of the buyers and kept me in touch every step of the way. Iβd say to the bosses of Howardβs that Sophie is a credit to your business and should be commended on how she conducts her day to day business.
