GoogleJanette and team were excellent. The approach of having a launch day with all viewings in one go was a new approach for us. It turned out to be a lot easier and more focused than people viewing over an extended period. It also resulted in a positive result very quickly, which was great. GoogleQuite strange people on the phones on Saturdays. Also watch the marketing , they make you think there is a buyer, when there in fact is not.

GoogleI was very disappointed and angry after contacting Howard’s regarding viewing a property 09/04/26. I contacted them after seeing a bungalow for sale listed with them. I gave them my details and waited for someone to get back to me. A young woman (LH) called me back and asked me what type of property I was looking for. I explained my preference and she enthusiastically exclaimed we have a property in Pakefield and said the name of the road. I knew immediately which property she was referring to. I replied, “I’m not interested in that property.” Perplexed she responded, “But it meets your requirements, why? “ I brushed it off, trying not to state the issues I had with the property. She pressed again, asking me why. I then went into some detail about the negative aspects of the property, apologising for being blunt. She shockingly, arrogantly replied, “No, I just find you rude!”. I ended the call immediately. When she contacted me by email & text, I politely stated that I no longer want to view the original property I’d called about and could she take me off their mailing list. A few days later a sweet, polite lady called from Howard’s. I told her my issues with their unprofessional, offensive member of staff and she agreed to take me off their mailing lists, apologising. Perhaps some training dealing with customers might be a good idea, for this member of your team.
