GoogleMe and my partner recently had a viewing on a property which we both fell in love with. We really couldn’t fault Howard’s efforts in the process of going to view it as it was quick and efficient. Me and my partner would like to both thank the lovely maddy who spoke to us on the phone and came out to greet us at the house, she was amazing! Unfortunately we couldn’t go forward for personal reasons but will be using them again in the future.

GoogleJanette and Kim worked together as a team to provide a friendly and approachable service. We went onto the market on the 1st of January and completed on the 21st May. Janette advised with the property presentation and took some excellent photos. Kim kept us up to speed with the chains progress and we were never left wondering what was going on. Highly recommended.

GoogleKim was 10/10 at helping us across the line with our recent house purchase. She was so proactive and instrumental in moving the process along with solicitors… especially in the final weeks when she was always available, phoning with updates and working hard behind the scenes. She was pivotal in getting all parties aligned for exchange of contracts, which meant the whole process from listing our house to moving day took only 3 months. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her… she’s great!

GoogleI have nothing but praise for Howards overall but Sophie especially. She always keeps me in the loop, she is very approachable, extremely friendly & very professional. We have sold a property through Howards in Lowestoft & are purchasing another through Howards in Gorleston & I can honestly say from my own experience that Howards are by far THE BEST agents to go to. Every single person I've dealt with has been at the top of their game A*****. Without naming names, there are other Estate Agents out there who can really learn a thing or two from Howards. GoogleI have received excellent customer service from Georgia. I actually made a complaint initially about an aspect of the service we received when viewing a house, and Georgia looked into this and resolved it efficiently. We then ran into a difficult situation when purchasing the house and Georgia worked tirelessly to negotiate and bring everyone to an agreement (which thankfully meant we did not lose the house). Georgia was always at the end of the phone, kept me informed every step of the way, and was very 'human' and empathic which made the process less stressful than it could have been otherwise. A huge thank you from us!!
