GoogleI enquired about renting a property in Gorleston and was amazed at the efficiency of Amy Kemp. She helped reassure me as i am someone relatively new to renting. After my initial enquiry and completion of form within a few days I was offered a chance to rent the property. Amy arranged to meet me at the property. I found her professional, genuine, caring with a sense of humour. A great ambassador for Howard's. Although I didn't rent the property, I would be very happy to use Howard's lettings again and would feel confident and comfortable should Amy be dealing with my enquiry. Well done Howard's and well done Amy too. Overall great service.

GooglePure brilliance, I really couldn't praise howards estate agents enough for their services. From start to finish the whole team supported our sale and purchase every step of the way. From our initial meeting with Mike, to viewings with Charlie and negotiations with Georgia which were seamless. Amy Lugo was fantastic chasing solicitors and answering queries, and was there to help everytime we called. Excellent customer service, and got us the result we wanted with no hesitation.

Amy Lugo was very helpful and gave updates during the time after the amount was agreed with Cara , she arranged keys to be brought to the House on day of completion - so thanks to Maddie as well for dropping the keys off.

From the outset when Cara came to value the property, to putting it one the market, and finding a buyer, all was great. They kept us fully informed, and after the Sale was agreed, Amy Lugo in the office helped us with all communication with the intended purchaser. A great team.
