GoogleI've spent the morning viewing properties in Lowestoft with Maddie and am so grateful that she was able to fit me into a tight schedule at such short notice! GoogleLily thank you so much for your time, 100% professional with good in-depth knowledge of the property we viewed, anything you weren't sure of you reassured my wife and I you would liaise with the seller and get those questions answered, which was done in a timely manor and to full extent. My real pet hate is lateness and you surpassed my expectations by being 10 minutes before appointment time to open up the property and ensure it was ready for viewing. GoogleJarrod has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He’s been extremely proactive, fast and professional at every turn and a fantastic ambassador for Howards. He came over on Friday to take images of our property (which were brilliant) got the property live by the Saturday, had a viewing on the Tuesday and got us an offer with the price we needed within an hour of them seeing the property. To say I’m blown away with Jarrod and the rest of the team is an understatement. GoogleHoward's have just completed the sale of my late mother's bungalow for me, and I have to say that I found the whole team to be extremely efficient, thorough, and showed respect and sensitivity, given that it was a Probate procedure. They made the whole procedure as easy and smooth running as possible. Thanks to Mike, Maddie, Amy, and all the lovely team members who helped with this sale, pay rises all round are deserved! If I need the services of an estate agent in the future, I shall be using Howards!

GoogleI highly recommend Howards. After months looking for a property and many many viewings, we can say the treatment we have received, from the first call until yesterday when the lovely and professional Maddie took me to 6 houses, was impeccable. The photos on site show the houses like they are and the patience and efficiency of the team, specially Maddie answering all my questions on the sites and over the phone, was incredible. Janette could not have been more helpful in a lengthy purchase process. Constant chasing and mediating between all parties lead to a smooth sale which completed despite difficulties. GoogleI moved back to the UK from Acension Island and both Kim and Janette were extremely helpful and professional. This was made all the more important as at the start of the process to secure my chosen property everything had to be done by email or a very unreliable video link. The fact that this was done in a manner that made it easy to do is in no small part testament to their approach to their clients. Once I arrived back in the UK the remaining completion of the purchase was completed in 10 days. Again in no small part due to the efforts of Kim and Janette who were extremely flexible throughout. 100% would use them again
