GoogleCara from Beccles Howard’s has been fantastic from the word go. She has been incredibly helpful ,kind and approachable which is important as a vendor when selling a house . Nothings ever too much trouble and she always responds promptly and keeps me up to date . Fingers crossed for mine to sell however in the mean time I know im in good hands .

GoogleI am very happy with the professionalism, integrity and authenticity of Cara Childerhouse of Howard’s Estate Agents. During a very sensitive time I was undecided as to whether to put my house on the market. It had been in the family for forty years and of great sentimental value. Cara did not push for a sale but with empathy, understood my hesitancy in selling. I was not pushed but had the space to make up my own mind and in doing so reached my decision to sell. I valued Cara’s help and advice so much I have instructed Howard’s in the sale of another property. I strongly recommend Howard’s Estate Agents but particularly Cara Childerhouse. I feel safe in knowing she has got my back. .
