GoogleAmazing agents to deal with, we have been dealing with Charlie, very polite and knowledgeable young man with a eye for detail and knows the area well. If he can't answer a question on the spot he will find out and get back to you. So refreshing to find a agent you can put your trust in. Another great point to make when phone Howard's there some there to answer the phone to point you in the right direction. Well managed all round.

GoogleAmy Kemp has been a fantastic help with my move, from helping to arrange the viewing and keeping me updated during the application process, chasing for the referencing to be completed etc. Couldn't have asked for more! Many thanks! Edit 09/11/2024: Through no fault of Amy, the aftercare is terrible, I'm not getting my mail, got no bins, and no water pressure in my shower and I've been ignored now for a month.

GoogleI couldn’t recommend Howard’s letting department enough! In particular a Young lady by the name of Aisha. For her tender years she’s extremely professional and keep you updated with every stage of your letting process. The whole process was seamless. Would definitely use them again.

GoogleHad a valuation today. Jarrord was very unprofessional, was very unprofessional talking figures and numbers in front of our tenants, very unprofessional conversation with asking about my wife's perfume rather than the job in hand. Very put off and won't be using Howard's ANY time soon. Won't recommend.
Dear Mr Butler, I am sorry to see that you have felt the need to comment on the way Jarrod handled the valuation. I have discussed this matter with him just to remind him of his profession and how to handle situations. From my understanding Jarrod met only your wife at the property and did comment on your her perfume while you were both waiting for your tenants to open the door, for that i can only apologise if your wife felt the complement was overtly friendly. With regards to the discussing of figures again i have discussed this with Jarrod and it is my understanding that your wife and him had a 'chat' about the valuation in the small conservatory as it was raining outside, while your tenant remained 3 rooms away in the lounge. Once again i can only apologise if his words carried through the property and i have reminded him for future reference to be mindful on where he should be having the conversation.
