Good estate agents are hard to come by, often they stretch the truth, just to get a sale, telling you what they think you want to hear! Having dealt with a few over the years I can honestly say, Janette and Kim at Howards have been a breath of fresh air! Janette's energy, enthusiasm, honesty and empathy, (due to our circumstances) along with the time she invested in getting helping us get our property on the market, I could not fault. With around 20 viewings, we had an offer in 4 weeks! Kim's attention to detail and speedy responses to any queries, was brilliant. The communication from both ladies has been brilliant! I would highly recommend them.

Having been put off by previous experiences and thinking all estate agent’s were the same, attentive to get you then doing nothing once to are tied in. Janette and Kim are a breath of fresh air and if all estate agent were the same, moving would not be stressful, they could not have done more, attentive from the word go, communication fantastic and even phoning back out of office hours, helping with survey issues just completely supportive and reassuring. Going out of their way to resolving issues in the chain, would recommend anyone thinking of moving to use Howards at Long Stratton.

I would like to say what a fantastic job Janette has done with the sale and purchase of my old and new property. It has not been easy or straightforward but she has not given up and without her tenacity I would not be moving. I am so pleased that she now has Kim to assist her as I think she certainly needs some support, as she goes by far, way and above what I would expect and her knowledge of the property market in this area is second to none.
