Bought my new home from Howards in Gorleston High Street and although everyone is helpful when you are a buyer David Simmonds was the name I remembered as being the person to speak to when any questions needed answering or getting anything done, thank you David, I'm happy with my new home. The phone system however was a bit confusing for me as at one point they seem to be having line problems and sometimes I was put through to some sort of service who take a message and possibly pass it onto the person you wanted to speak to and I don't trust these messages to get direct to who I intended. As part of the puplic, I would say make things as simple and uncomplicated as possible, that is what people want.

We are looking to relocate away from the city to a rural location. We came across many listings at Howard’s Estate Agents in Beccles. Immediately I became friends with Cara. Over the last 6 months I have been introduced to many estate agents, some stand out for all the wrong reasons, following up on viewings seems to be one major failure which I experienced. This is not the case with Cara, I was updated on every new listing or change in price mostly via a phone call. Shortly followed by an Email with the particulars, and even prompted on whether I had questions. The experience at Howard’s far surpassed my expectations. It’s as though these guys still follow a code of practice, it’s noticeable! keep it up Cara and team, you shine bright within yr industry!
