Our experience wasn't bad or good, it was mediocre. Once the sale was complete, there was no further contact, except for please add a review, "we want to win a competition." Which was nearly ten months later. A quick WhatsApp or text message saying, "congratulations, good luck in your new home," would have sufficed. Just like most other businesses, once the deal is done, they're not interested in you.
