GoogleRude staff! Not the first encounter with this agent. If you don't like your job do something else. Wasted my time previously on a sale and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and refrained from leaving a review. My call today was to put an offer in, I won't be doing so as I was talked to very disrespectfully. Drop the attitude and learn how to talk to people.

GoogleI cannot praise Horler's Estate Agents enough. When Richard came to value my Mum's house for Probate, he had printed off a folder of similar houses that had been sold in the road. We decided to use them to sell my Mum's house and they produced a great brochure of photos and accurate details of the property. The whole process has only taken 3 1/2 months, which is very swift in these current Covid times. James found a buyer on the first day it went on sale and both James and Richard have kept us informed throughout the whole process, by text, emails and phone calls. They have both been very professional, hard working and polite, but have also been kind and compassionate as they were selling my childhood home that my Mum lived in for 71 years. They are a super family firm and every member of staff I have contacted has been very keen to help and answer any queries.
