GoogleMe and my partner are beyond pleased with our experience with this agency. We had been looking for a place to rent for a couple months before we reached out to Horler & Associates. Within weeks we have found the perfect property for us and we are in the referencing process. This could not have been done without Loren who has been helping us through every step! 10/10 would recommendPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleVery hands off so far. To be continued. We realise that selling our park home is more specialised but a bit disappointed with the response from Horlers so far. 😕 …

GoogleSeeking help as outsiders looking to buy, we were welcomed in and given lots of good advice. Such a contrast to agents in town who wouldn't let us in!

GoogleI've just moved into my new home and I can't thank Horler enough. They were fantastic especially Richard Horler and Carlie, superb service with nothing too difficult. I would definitely recommend them as they offered fantastic service with great local knowledge.

GoogleI have used a few different agencies and have found Horler in Windsor to be the easiest yet. From first call to Loren Jacobs to viewing, to the credit checking process was all smooth and easy going. Thanks keep it up!

GoogleI have recently sold my property through R.Horler associates. It was an extremely stressful and emotional experience as I had lived there with my late husband and children for 40 years. It was a precious home to myself and my family. Ella Oakes was the main person assigned to my sale supported by Richard Horler. The stress of negotiation was eased by Ella’s calm, caring and sympathetic attitude. Ella helped me with my buyers when pressure was being put on me and went above and beyond to help me meet their demands, within reason, to keep the sale going forward. I wish her well in her career. GoogleSTOP: ❌ Mark my words when I say stay well clear of this appalling, unorganised, unprofessional & poor excuse of an agency. I could write a list of incompetencies without having to think because I have just endured an exit from a property I’ve lived in with my 6 yr old for 4 yrs 3 months. I am taking action because this type of service should not be allowed to operate, there are many estate agents in the local area so my advice would be 🚷 DO NOT ENTER into any form of contract with them if you are either a Landlord or Tenant. Reviews are designed to either encourage or in my case ✅ discourage good people based on a credible experience. Please feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss all the details or, if needed to authenticate this extremely important deterrent. Clarkson.rick@gmail.com
