GoogleCarla is WONDERFUL!!! So helpful, professional and she went out of her way to try and assist us. Even though we weren't successful in finding the right property for us I will most definately contact her for assistance when the time comes for us to property search again. She sent plenty of information, answered all the questions we had and made an extra effort to get us virtual viewings as we are based in London. She is a great asset to your business and I will recommend her personally every chance I get! I dealt with a few estate agents and Carla was the only one who made me feel that she was there to assist and that she was really committed to helping us find the right place. GoogleWe used agency for last 7 years, and all this times whenever the issues was small or big they always were there to help us, and was good to knows we could always rely on them. In the past we used different agencies but they weren't good as Horler. So we would like to say a massive THANK YOU to all team in Horler especially to Loren who was always looking after us, for her excellent customers service. Loren Jacobs had professional attitude and picked up all the queries I had during the letting process immediately, and got back to me very quickly with the response. She kept me informed at all times which took all the hassle and stress out of the letting process. I rented my property within less than two weeks. I will definitely give Horler & Associates 5 Stars.

GoogleMy wife and i have had 2 excellent experiences with Horler & Associates in the last 12 months. Horler have rented our property out twice. We were first time landlords and Loren Jacobs, walked us through the process carefully, helped us become appropriately certified and when we got stuck she would own the problem and get it resolved. Renting ones family home out to others felt like quite a big personal step, i can honestly say, Loren and the team met and exceeded our expectations.
