GoogleWe can highly recommend Horler in Windsor. We have been looking for a rental property for a while and Loren has been so positive and patient throughout the process. Loren is a great professional, always quick at replying and communicating with us. Her attention to the minutest of detail is unbelievable and she is extremely personable and always available for any questions. We have no hesitation in recommending Horler. GoogleMy short experience with this estate agent wasn't a good one. I found a rental property that matched by budget advertised on rightmove. Wasn't even hours old & I immediately sent an enquiry through rightmove portal initially. I then tried following up with a phone call on the numbers advertised a few times to arrange a viewing - no reply; Left them a voicemail. Tried to ring them Saturday morning no reply. So I then rang them first thing on Monday morning , spoke to someone in sales who said they would get their lettings lady to give me a call back. Hours go by no call back. I then phoned back again in the afternoon & finally spoke to the lady in lettings - I was told the reason I didn't get a call back was because the voicemail i've recorded few days ago had a digit missing from the phone number(which wasn't true) and its not their fault that I (supposedly don't know my own number). Their attitude just didn't sit right with me and lacked any empathy or understanding. Lets assume this was true & I got my number wrong (I did not - I am a working professional & left hundreds of voicemails & had this number for over 10+ years and wont suddenly get it wrong), they would have had my number, email address & all other contact details in writing from me through the following: 1) my rightmove & website enquiry 2) when I spoke to their sales colleague that morning when they took message for the lettings team; I won't have made the mistake 3 times I feel this was just an excuse to not get me onto viewings stage A bit of more respect towards your prospective tenants could go a long way. Disappointing to say the least.

GoogleBoth Loren and Carla have been very helpful and great at communicating anything related to the flat. They would solve any issues/requests professionally and have been really quick to respond. Very happy with their service so far and would highly recommend!

GoogleI’ve had the worst experience with Horler & Associates for a property purchase in Windsor. Their customer service is below par. They did not fulfil their responsibilities in the purchase transaction, made false promises. Do not respond to correspondence and are rude. Definitely avoid.

GoogleInitially I had only given the rating 1 because I didn't want to dwell on a comment that would have been worse than the rating, but since I'm being called a liar then I'm writing about the treatment I received. This agency in Windsor has the sales section on the ground floor and the rental section on the first floor. The day I went to them, I left my details to the person at the desk who took some notes on a sheet of paper. They had several properties on the market so I subsequently tried to contact them to get appointments. Unfortunately on the phone they pretended not to hear and did not respond to emails. Needless to say we found the property with another agency as they proved inadequate and unprofessional. I will continue to edit this review with more details if needed. This agency is to be avoided (for rentals), because it only wastes your time and patience.

One Windsor Sales office, one Windsor Lettings office and one Datchet Sales Office. None of these offices have departments on different levels as you mention above. Our previous post refers to not having your records on our file, which being a sales office with no access to a lettings database was accurate so apologies for any confusion. GoogleAn amazingly effective service from James, Richard and Carlie at Horlers in Windsor. They found us a great cash buyer with no chain - who was keen to complete and very responsive - and then the team at Horlers went way beyond the extra mile to complete the sale against some significant challenges. I would have no hesitation in giving them five stars and I would advise anyone to look no further. They are a really outstanding local estate agent of just the right size to give stellar personal service and deliver excellent results.
