Thankyou all the team at hodders chertsey! After a million complications (not their fault) we finally did it :)

I like to think of myself as a pretty straight forward sort of chap. Born in the 50's (that's the 1950's) I tend not to be overly tactile, except with my wife or those who have my blood flowing through their veins. So when we decided to sell our home of over 38 years, I needed someone to hold my hand, but as none of my relatives work in the estate agency business I knew that someone would have to be a 'stranger.' Enter Michael Meape, charging along St Margarets Road, Edgware, on his white charger (well, actually, strolling along the pavement in his size 8's). From the moment he first walked through the door he exuded a calm, relaxed, professional manner. Not at all pushy and always willing to do just a little extra to make the whole experience just a touch less stressful and oil the wheels. Even on the few occasions he was temporarily unavailable on the phone, other members of the team had all the answers. In the end, selling our home proved to be almost impossibly seamless. What a rush.

A great company to deal with, all the staff are so very professional. I think both Louisa and Andrea who I normally deal with, go beyond the call of duty. They are so very helpful to me at all times with my properties that I rent out.

Had my property to let for over 2 months (Normally my flat never stays vacant for more than 2 weeks). Haven't found anyone yet and they keep pressuring you to reduce the asking price. Asked the guy i was dealing to call me back as he was in a meeting that day. Must of been a long meeting because 3 weeks later im still waiting. Much better agents out there, in fact now a days you can advertise for free on open rent which will be better than these guys.

Very good service from the team at Hodders selling my mother's house after she had to go into a home. The sale was very straightforward and communications excellent at all times. I am happy that Karen's advice helped us to get the best possible price in the shortest time which was important for us.

Matt Cefai is the best Letting Manager @ Hodders I have ever dealt with...Extremely thoughtful, calm and highly professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hodders to anyone looking to rent a property in Surrey, UK.

I have had numerous issues since I moved into my property. Nothing has been resolved and now it's been 4 months. The customer service has been appalling, with no valid action points or responses, and been missold the property. After speaking to numerous members - Matt, josh, Kate, and now the lettings director Andrew I still have no hot water or heating. Absolutely shocking and disgusted in Hodders. It is disgusting behaviour, I feel once I have signed the contract and paid the money they don't give a damn crap about their customers. I do not recommend them at all. Awful.

I never thought I'd be saying nice things about an Estate Agent, but I have been very impressed with Harry and Claire at Hodders. With other quotes from two of the biggest agents in Staines, I chose to go with Hodders as I felt they had a more personal approach. From start to finish they managed the sale of my property and the nervous first time buyer. Always kept me up to date, professional, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service highly recommend.

I have dealt with Rob from the first phone call that I made to view the property. I have to say that he has been the nicest person I spoke to during the entire process. We have not completed the purchse yet, but I still feel that I want to express my opinion about Rob and his colleagues in Addlestone. Whenever, I need some reassurance or have a question, he has always been there to kindly help. When I need to phone Hodders in Addlestone, their team is always friendly and answers any questions I have. I just want to say thank you for a nice and pleasant cooperation.

Fantastic service - particularly from Claire Delaney. We've been buying through Hodders but Claire has gone above and beyond to make sure it happens and essentially been doing the job our own agent should've been doing on our sale property! Thank you Claire, you're a star. Hayley and Rob

I dealt with Sian Taylor and received excellent support from her even when we hit a roadblock. She helped finding answers to difficult questions and helped us move in time. Entire team including Abby & Kate from admin team are extremely approachable and helped me settle down smoothly. Thank a lot to Hodders for having such an incredible team!!

I used Hodders Chertsey to sell my property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dave and his team. I was kept fully informed regarding each viewing and throughout the process of the sale. A refreshing experience! Thank you so much.
