Firstly I started selling my property with two other estate agents who were both totally useless. I came across Hodders purely by accident but I am so glad I met Karen who then came round to give me a valuation and the rest is history from the moment she took over the selling of my property she has been a god send. Karen and her team have been nothing but professional, considerate, caring and nothing was ever too much of a problem. They kept me fully informed of procedures throughout the sale of my property. They made a very stressful experience effortless! I would also like to mention Rob who again dealt with a lot of my stress and concerns and nothing was too much for him to deal with, always the professional. This is really heartfelt and made my experience of selling my house an absolute pleasure and a really positive experience and restored my faith in estate agents. Thanks again to all of the team from Hodders in Addlestone.

John and I dealt mainly with Karen at the Addlestone branch of Hodders. Although we were not Hodders' clients, but buying a home through them, we found Karen very helpful. I found Karen very sympathetic and supportive through some very stressful times and would definitely choose Hodders when we sell our home. Karen 'phoned our estate agents and solicitors many times to move the chain forward. We think the chain might very well have broken down without her active support. I did break down at times! The other team members, including Matt at the Chertsey branch, were also very helpful. Caroline and John :) very happy in their new home in Addlestone/Chertsey.

I have just used Hodders Estate Agents in Addlestone and I have been extremely impressed with their service, professionalism and efficiency. I had complete faith in Karen the manager when I met her originally and Karen and her team have been fantastic throughout this sale. Each time I called the office the staff went out of their way to make sure that my question was dealt with and everyone I had any contact with were both friendly and helpful, especially my dealings with Hope and Robert. Mr Curtis followed us swearing until the door body language was saying ready to fight. Feel sorry for the director for keeping staff like him in the business. Curtis is extremely rude person with aggressive nature Also requesting you to think twice before choosing them for any business ,Aggressive staff avoid Mr Curtis

We completed on our new purchase with Hodders Egham yesterday, We have been dealing with Curtis and Harry.This our second home and were assured by the agents that the house will be cleaned to a satisfactory standard. However house provided by me in complete mess. I was promised by the agents that the vendor will out by 3.30pm but vendor did not vacate till 8pm, we were standing outside our new home from 3pm to 8 pm with my 18 month baby Also estate agent never bother to come at the property to hand over the key to check any issue. we had to go to his office for key collection while vendor was in the property. During the sales process I was given gentleman promise by Mr Curtis that you will get clean house.When I asked him house is full of CAT litter smell ..where is gentleman promise gone.His answer was extremely rude...we had bit of discussion he asked me to leave the office. Mr Harry handed the key but vendor was still in the property trying remove their stuff...Mr Curtis followed us swearing until the door body language was saying ready to fight. Feel sorry for the director for keeping staff like him in the business. Curtis is extremely rude person with aggressive nature. So the service we have got is extremely rubbish, Unprofessional staff with lots of lies. Would never use again and will certainly circulate my experience far and wide. Also requesting you to think twice before choosing them for any business.
