Resolved all of the defects that were raised, reported in detail of the next steps. Really appreciate all the tasks they completed in good time.

I received two email from Trust Pilot saying Hill believes that my two reviews included content which goes against Trust Pilot’s guidelines. The two reviews included the name of the Managing Director and the name of the Customer Service Director. Thanks to Trust Pilot requests me to consider removing the name of these two people, I edited my relevant posts and removed their name from my posts. However, I think Hill has wrongly put their focus on my posts. They should have put their focus on the concerns that I raised on my posts. Did the Managing Director really blocked my email address? If so, this move is so very unprofessional. Why the Customer Service Director didn’t give me a response in a timely manner? This is also unethical. There are so many negative reviews on Hill’s customer service team. The director of this team and Hill’s senior management should put their focus on improving or overhauling the customer service team rather than pinpointing the reviewer mentioning their names on the posts.

There are many reviews of Hill which are tremendous. It is too easy not to take to take the time to add to that list. However, great service is rare and it should be acknowledged. Today, the people at Hill went above and beyond for me, greatly exceeding my expectations. All this on the Friday of a bank holiday weekend. Carpenter - brilliant: practical, helpful, good communication, he listened. Kirsta (who arranged all) superb. Denise who has previously helped me: efficient and effective. We should never take great service for granted. All this and the fundamental element (a great home), Hill are superb in every way imaginable. Thank you everyone, Patrick

Bradley Sullivan called by arranged appointment today to rub down and paint our porch which, unusually for Hill, had not been finished off the their usual high standards. Brad did the honours. Splendid job. Very personable and simply got on with what was needed. Good work.

I wrote a formal complaint to Hill’s customer service email address re air ingress via the Louvre into my guest room. No acknowledgement from them so far and no follow up re this defective. A hopeless customer service team.
