Overall great experience with The Hill Group developers. They are always prompt to respond to any issues that need to be addressed in our new build property. Special shout out to all the work that Michael Chapman did this week for us in our house, he took care of everything between painting and filling walls, cleaning floors and mastic sealant. GoogleFake homes. The homes are marketed as premium, but the quality and value simply don’t match the price. What’s even more frustrating is the high service charges, which feel excessive for what’s actually delivered.

GoogleThese developers have ANPR cameras ready to fine you for driving through here. There is no signage at all, absolutely ridiculous. Operating a scam. Watch out if you are in the area.

We had several issues that needed some minor attention in Bathrooms and Flooring and after satisfactorily being remedied Simon, the Hills Magic Mastic Man did his thing and made it all look new and shiny again. Simon was courteous and professional and upheld the great after sales service that we have come to enjoy in our new Hill home. Well done Simon and the great Hill team.
