One more post . The neglect of mums personal possessions was totally irresponsible . Missing items constantly . The room wasn’t clean . Just disrespect if the patients well-being mainly due to the lack of staff . Changes need to be made to ensure the wellbeing and safety of these vunerable people . Employ more staff ! It’s rediculous how much hill care group is making yet still these people are not being cared for properly . I have worked in the care industry for years . And before I’m critised for not taking care of mum . I did for as long as I could . The staff upstairs are fabulous but extremely overworked . You as a company need to value more the staff currently there . Thankyou

As it's so close to Christmas, I didn't expect Nicole to response so prompt! She arranged Paul to come the next day for an inspection. So impressed!Paul is highly professional and friendly. He did a thorough inspection and found the root cause. And immediate report to the office and recommended the follow up. All his work is professional and efficient! I am more that grateful for his help!

My flat from HILL is just out of warranty. I just noticed my living door cannot be closed as the lock is seriously not aligned. The issue cannot be accepted, and they just said no without any apology.

Nicole is nice and very quick follow up since it is affecting use of boiler in this winter time.
