We had a small snagging job that needed doing. Phil attended to complete the job. He was very punctual, friendly and took the time to check the job that needed to be done, before he carried it out promptly, to a high standard. Once completed he talked me through what he had done, to ensure I was happy with it. Although the job was only a small one he carried it out professionally, with ease and care, with a positive can do attitude. Thank you.

They took the time to install scaffolding to access the skylight window, ensuring a safe and precise repair. Alan Deadman attended our property to do fix some problems with the paintwork yesterday. He had previously visited us a couple of time in the past, shortly after we moved in, and he has always been very helpful and polite. He let us know how long the work was going to take, got the job done quickly and made sure he left the place tidy afterwards. Thank you for your help again.

Bradley did excellent job when fixing the wall painting and silicone filler for bathroom. To fix the silicone not good on the corners, he redid the whole one on the top of tub, neat and nice. When he painted the wall he also retitled the one in en-suite as it didn’t look good with too much plaster beneath it.

We have just come to the end of our 2 year warranty with Hill and have to say they have been terrific during the whole time. The Customer service Team, Claire, Emma and have all been very professional and the two people who have attended all our corrections are Andy Delaforce and Phil Way. Both very professional, understood the problems, carried out the necessary works very quickly, scrupulous and very very clean, tidying up after completion of the work and protectecting other furniture during the course of the work. Alan Deadman was the person who came to sort out the issue with my electric hob. Sadly, the hob itself proved to be faulty, but he reported it straight away to the contractor to arrange a replacement. Alan also helped me with attaching a plastic watter barrier to my bathtub to stop water from dripping from under the shower screen. Thank you so much for your help.Barbara
