We have been in our property since May 2021. Yesterday our living room radiator came off the wall at one end - it turns out it was fitted with only 1 screw in the bracket! Hills response - it’s not in warranty any longer so are not responsible for repairing it. Despite the fact it was not fitted correctly in the first place! Also road on development still not finished properly!

We were very happy with the building works that Richard from Hill did recently on our property. He was on time for our agreed appointment. On arrival, Richard was very friendly and he went through what he was going to do as part of the building works so that we were kept informed. After his work, he made sure our property was left in a tidy state. We would happily recommend Richard for his stunning work and expertise. Thank you.

TrustpilotMike Lewis was excellent
Mike Lewis was excellentHe is friendly, patient and professional. The water marks on the ceiling seems getting bigger and darker. Then he confirmed there is no leakage with a reading zero on the leakage detector. He explained why it got darker but I shouldn't worry about it. Then he repainted the area for me. Thanks Mike!
