GoogleBE VERY CAREFUL WHEN USING THESE SOLICITORS!! they are are cunning, unresponsive to emails and will not accept any responsibility in communicating to you via the simplest form, in order to slap a penalty fine onto you. The person that I dealt with (Dan Thornton) was very rude and arrogant. I would strongly advise you to use another solicitors firm and not SLC Solicitors.

GoogleWe moved house in June and I cannot recommend Hilbery Chaplin highly enough. We have used different agents in the past but our experience with Hilbery Chaplin means we will only be using them in the future. They were professional, informative and very clearly had our interests at heart. We had a very stressful few days trying to exchange and Ellie at Hilbery Chaplin was brilliant, she helped us keep calm during some very tense moments and kept us updated and informed as soon as she had any piece of information, we never had to chase anyone. She really worked in our best interest. We would recommend Hilbery Chaplin to all of our family and friends. Mr and Mrs Betts

GoogleIn March we completed the purchase a property through Hilbery Chaplin in what turned out to be a very long, drawn-out transaction. It would have been easy for us to have become frustrated by the delays & to have walked away but the courteous, open and friendly nature of the team in Hornchurch meant we persevered. Many agents who are just chasing a fee would have given up on the transaction. To their credit, Andy and his team did not. They did an excellent job for their client, the vendor, and we will happily use their services if we are in the position to do so in future.

GoogleFantastic team at Laindon. All very friendly and helpful. Calls taken straight away and even if the team is busy a message is taken and someone will call you back ASAP. Paul is a very professional and courteous person helping us get our property on the market, all the team where great with viewings and Corrine was amazing, helping us getting to exchange and complete. If you are looking to sell your house... This is the team to do it! Thanks so much

GoogleI would definitely recommend these guys if you are looking to sell your property . Yes you can place it with an estate agent online for £500 , but it's definitely …

GoogleI totally agree with the other review on Hilbery Chaplin. This is probably the worst managment agents I have ever had to deal with. Lack of communication, leaving us still 3 months down the line with a ceiling with bad water damage and now trying to kick us out early of our contract as we are unable to pay the rent increase of £300pcm, while we still have 6 months to go. Avoid this company at all costs. The buildings they manage are not maintained and remain far below health and safety standards this I can not stress enough from my own experience.

GoogleBought our house through Hilbery Chaplin in Hornchurch and always found them friendly, helpful and efficient, so turned to them when we needed to find tenants for a property we let out. Once again their service was great. They found us new tenants quickly, took care of all the vetting/references etc. and their administration was very efficient.

GoogleI dealt with Trish and she was amazing! If I every go through Hilbery Chaplin again I would make a point to ask for her. I knew what was happening every step of the way as soon as she did and felt like she was actually trying her best to help me. I didn't feel this way with any other estate agents I went to. Thank you Trish

GoogleOne of the best in market for property renting. I have got 3 years of association and impressed with their service & support. Unlike others that functions like agencies, Hilbery Chaplin is more like a well organized company with all staffs are highly professional, friendly & good at their work. Whenever I visit the office in market place Romford, I feel like their valued client- that really impress me a lot. I would like to mention few names like Caron, Trish & Rob- they are too good and especially Rob's professionalism & skills are commendable! I would recommend Hilbery Chaplin and give 5 big stars!!
