GoogleThe Agency did not give all the Information, we found out after weeks the Flat we were interested in buying was not with one owner as we initially were informed but with several ownership. If we did know about it we would not have placed an Offer. The Agent did not follow up, we did not know what was going on with the saler for weeks, we had to chase him every time for updates. And the funny part is when I went to pick up the keys, the man made you wait outside. Wow nice way to do business, 100% will NOT be using them any more.--
Dear EOB, I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience purchasing a property through Helliwell & Co. You purchased a property that was originally shared ownership, and we made this clear when we agreed to your offer. I appreciate this added time to the transaction, and as a result, you have left us negative feedback.
