GoogleJoshua and his team were one of the most professional estate agents that we had the pleasure of dealing with. From sales to letting, in our case, we felt that they really heard our needs and focused on the perfect property to fit our relocation. Dear 'Jamie Rintoul' We are both very sorry and surprised to hear that you found our service to be less than satisfactory? Was your grievance with the Landlord or ourselves, the Agent? Due to the fact that your tenancy ended approximately 2 years ago and you have not rented a property or used our services since, please could you clarify the reasoning behind your claim (review)? We had always had a good and positive dealings with you throughout your tenancy, so I’m sure you can appreciate why we are a little confused by your comment. GoogleExceptional service from all the staff at Helliwell. Joshua, Anna and Cora ensured the smooth and stress free communication for our property to be let. A small independent estate agent with professional, efficient and caring attitude. We would definitely use Helliwell again and can only recommend them to others. Helliwell as far as we were concerned, outweighed the ‘big boys’ estate agents by miles!

John Gleeson has recently taken over the management of our property and has been great with any issues arising. Always prompt to respond and polite and understanding.

GoogleAfter a very average experience with a local agent, we decided to give Helliwell a try even though they seemed to be more focused on properties in central Ealing whereas our properties are in the western part of Ealing. Thank goodness we did. In a very flat market indeed Helliwell sold two flats for us through a combination of creative thinking, determination and good old fashioned (and honest) salesmanship. I cannot recommend Marco and Josh Helliwell too highly and also the wonderful Anna who manages the office and kept us fully on top of viewings and other communication.

GoogleWe have been extremely lucky to have chosen Helliwell and Co. as our agent. John-who is our property manager - is absolutely great! He is very quick and responsive and is taking great care of our property. We had an issue with our property which he noticed and promptly informed us about and took care of it. Our property is in great hands and would definitely recommend Helliwell and Co as an agent!

Dear ‘Tiaura Narbonne’ We are very sorry to see that you have given our company a bad review / rating, following all of the hard work and liaising that we did between yourself and your Landlord. All of the team here at Helliwell & Co. with whom you had dealings with, always had a good working relationship with you throughout your Tenancy and I’m sure that you would agree that the only issues that arose were when the Landlord was involved. As you are aware, your Landlord made it extremely difficult for our Agency to Manage the Property and at times wanted to withhold permission from very reasonable requests from yourselves. Myself and my Agency worked hard to fight for your rights as a Tenant, although I am aware that most of this was done behind the scenes and not something you would have been privy to. With this being said, once again we are sorry that you feel your experience with Helliwell & Co. was not pleasant throughout, we are no longer conducting business with this particular Landlord. Dear ‘Samuel Ruiz’ We are very sorry to hear that you had some issues with the Landlord after having moved into the Property. However, we are extremely surprised that you have written a bad review, suggesting that Helliwell & Co. are at fault and that we have been difficult to get hold of? Having checked our system, which logs all calls and emails with our clients, we were in regular contact with you, predominantly on a daily basis throughout the whole Tenancy drafting process. Four days after your move-in, you contacted us to say that you had experienced a few maintenance issues (mainly in regards to cleaning), we advised you that as we did not manage the Property, you would need to bring this to your Landlords attention so that they could look into rectifying this for you. On this same day, we called the Landlord letting them know that you had expressed your concerns to us and that it was important that they get in touch with you. The Landlord confirmed that they would and then we did not receive a call or email again from either party in relation to this matter? If the issue had been ongoing or unable to be rectified straight away, I would have expected that you get in touch with us, to let us know? I understand that you may have been disappointed and possibly upset when leaving this review, however due to the above, we would appreciate if you would remove your comments as is as it is an unfair and untrue account of our company, something I’m sure you would agree with?
