Helliwells commissioned a high quality virtual tour of our property, which in these Covid times, protected all parties and meant that only serious purchasers would come to view. Ours was a joint agency instruction but Helliwells were far more pro-active than the other agent, evidenced by the extensive number of serious buyers they introduced, (compared to only a couple from the others). Avoid this company!!! They took me to the wrong property. After enquiring to the manager about why this happened he said that the property had already been taken over a week ago, but booked me in to see a completely different flat that was nothing like the other one. Complete waste of time. Update: Well Joshua it's a good thing I have kept the emails proving I have used your services (see photo), perhaps if you spent more time working out how to run a good company instead of trying to hide the disgusting and fraudulent way you do business and treat your customers, you might not have to lie about being a good company.
