GoogleMisha and the team at Hawes & Co were awesome throughout the whole process of my property sale 👍🏼💯 Misha was more than helpful throughout and was someone that I could trust for honest, constructive advice at all times - which was often needed 🤦♂️! I purchased my 1st property through Hawes and Co. Mahul was very professional from the outset and kept me updated (and calm) even when delays at the land registry caused the purchase to take a considerable amount longer. I have been overwhelmed by the service I have received from the team at Hawes & Co in Raynes Park . I was looking for a property to rent in the area and walked into their office last Friday afternoon . The letting manager , Miran was out at the time but I gave my details and my requirements over . An hour later I was contacted by Miran ,who informed me he had a property which he felt would be perfect for me . He arranged a viewing on the Saturday afternoon , I loved the property which met my exact requirements and I submitted an offer Monday morning and by the Monday afternoon my offer was accepted and all the paper work was sent over to me by Noor in the office the same evening . The professionalism and the open communication from both Miran and Noor has been far beyond my expectation . I have been kept updated through the entire process .Thank you to Hawes & Co specifically to Miran and Noor I am excited to move into the new property .

Quite simply, we wouldn't be purchasing our house if it wasn't for Greg! It was down to us and one other buyer, and the sellers initially decided to choose the other buyer. Those negotiations I understand were stalling so Greg, having asked the right question first time around knew we were able to move quickly given our situations and had the initiative to check in with us to see if our offer still stood notwithstanding having lost out initially. Greg informed the sellers of this who decided based on Greg's advice to go for us instead and next thing you know, we're buying a house! Antony was great working with Greg as well and was great getting things across the line towards the end when there were a few sticking points. All in all, great service, very happy. Thanks!

I was selling a house to settle an estate after my Aunt passed away. I live 400 miles from the house I had concerns how it would go selling from a different country and at such a distance. On speaking to a local solicitor I was recommended to speak with Hawes in Surbiton to discuss how they could help with the sale. I was so lucky I did, and never looked back, they were very professional, helpful and guided me where necessary and we sold the house within a few months or so. I would have no concerns about recommending Hawes to anyone looking for a professional and friendly service.
