I didn’t end up renting with Hawes and Co but I attended a few viewings with Rohan (still sorry I called you by the LOTR pronunciation). Rohan was so helpful and professional always trying to find the right property for me. I will definitely be in touch soon - likely this time next year!

We managed to agree the price and Exchange within 3 weeks with a lot of help from Sarah and Liana going all the way to get the signed documents from the elderly Vendor and deliver them to the Solicitor. What a service? I owe them big time!

What an Amazing Agent! I like to Thank You to Damian Anderson at Hawes & Co in Raynes Park.I just purchased my new home and I had so many issues with the solicitors ( from both sides) delaying the entire process.Damian was tirelessly helping working closely with both parts to solve the issues and ensure our transaction be completed in time. Although I bothered him about some trivial inquiries, he was always polite and replied quickly with clear answers even on his day off.I highly recommend him and his team!

I have just managed to exchange on a flat that was handled by Hawes & Co. It was a really protracted, difficult & tricky transaction for numerous reasons. I was looked after throughout the whole process by Damian Anderson who I have to say was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I honestly believe had he not been as dedicated & proactive with all parties involved including both sets of Solicitors that this sale would never been possible. Estate Agents often get a bad press but I cannot praise & thank Damian enough for a superb professional, efficient & friendly service. Thanks also to the Manager John for his contribution & his flexibility with regard to providing a very competitive quote for the sale fee. Once again my sincere thanks to the whole team at Hawes & Co.

Damian and all the team at Hawes & Co in Raynes Park made buying our new family home an enjoyable and convenient process. The offer stage was well managed as was the post sale conversations (through local contacts) with other agents/solicitors and all involved in the conveyancing process. The whole team were extremely accommodating with the multiple requests for us to drop into the new home (before completion) to measure up/get the children used to seeing the new house.

We worked with Mahul from Raynes Park on buying our new house in in the area. He was very responsive and guided me through the process, helping to source everything from mortgage lenders and surveyors to trusted carpenters and shutter makers.
