GoogleHawes & Co acted as the agent between us and the seller of the flat we bought. I mainly dealt with Sarah and she was always responsive and professional, pushing anything she could along for us. When we got closer to completion, one of the Hawes & Co agents very kindly went and turmed the fridge/freezer on for us a couple of days before which really helped us out as we weren't very local. They twice found us excellent tenants very quickly. Any maintenance issues were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. The Lettings team knew us, the tenants and the property well and were extremely efficient and helpful at all times. When we recently came to sell the house, Sarah Walker and her team did an excellent job of marketing the house effectively to achieve a good price. The Sales and Lettings teams worked closely together to produce timely information that made the sale a smooth process. It was very refreshing dealing with him compared to some others whom we’d met during the house hunting process and felt that he was honest, straightforward and very helpful to deal with. I recently purchased a property that was on the market with Hawes and Co. Both Greg and Mahul were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They made the stressful process of bidding on the property, then dealing with solicitors, coordinating exchange and completion dates and following up on queries and enquiries so smooth and were really polite, kind and understanding throughout the whole process.
