Damian and Mahul have recently helped us sell our house. They were both extremely professional, contactable and trusted advisers. They proactively followed up with the buyer on multiple occasions and really helped move the exchange process along. It's fair to say they played a big part getting us over the line and in turbulent market this was greatly appreciated.

We viewed a property to rent with Hawes & Co and put in an offer to rent, which got accepted. The process was straightforward and quick. The thing I appreciated the most was the transparency during the offer process. We were informed when the offers were going to be presented to the landlord and when a decision was going to be made, so we knew what to expect. Apart from that, most of the communication was friendly and efficient.

Damian Anderson was so very helpful and professional when selling our flat. In an uncertain market he managed to get us a very good price and got the sale over the line. The chain was a pain but Damian chased everyone and coordinated solicitors which took all the stress out if it for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian at Hawes and Co.
