We recently bought our soon next home via Hawes & Co, and their services were amazing. Damian Anderson commitment towards their client, mediation making sure both ours and the seller requests were met, and understanding of our chain complication has been extremely helpful. Damian Anderson of Hawes & Co Raynes Park was in charge of selling our property. He made a monumental effort and put in a lot of legwork in what was a long and drawn out process (due to issues further down our chain). He always made time for us, and showed patience and consideration at all times, going 'over & above' to make things happen. I would have no hesitation in going with him again in future, and would recommend him to anyone.

Hawes & Co in Wimbledon managed the sale of a property we had been renting out in Wimbledon. From the start, they were great at communicating around planned viewings and in providing feedback. They were also very good at keeping us updated with news from the buyers side and reassuring when mortgage approvals took ages to go through the system.I would definitely recommend.Paul Mannell is particular was extremely helpful and professional.

If I could give one star I would. Be aware people. They use a contractor called LJ Ward for their emergency contractor services. These guys came to out flat and stole out jewellery. Do not use.

Recently sold our property with Hawes & Co Wimbledon. We had an assistant sales manager Paul Mannell who made the whole process smooth and easy. Paul's communication and response time throughout everything was fantastic. Stephen, Robert, and the sales team were very patient and courteous during a rather long and tedious house purchase process. The team was always at hand, was very accommodating with viewings and arranging access to the property, and promptly coordinated communications between both parties and solicitors. In what otherwise tends to be a very opaque process, the Hawes and Co. team ensured we weren't left in the dark.

From start to finish the experience was excellent with Hawes & Co we had a few hiccups during the process which happens with most sale but Mahul & John were on top of things and were always attentive and supportive to get the process moving. We had the pleasure of dealing with Richard, Sarah and Amir along the process of our sale. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They showed their experience in a market which wasn't always helpful for sellers which we are glad we trusted. They were always available to speak to and very personable. The service and support from both the Lettings and Sales teams at Hawes & Co, Surbiton has been excellent. Max enabled a smooth and fast turnaround to let the property out in late 2020, with the Lettings team providing timely and practical support when dealing with any issues. Subsequently, Sarah provided great support to secure the sale of the property during summer 2022, which given market conditions and other challenging factors, helped make the process far less stressful.
