Reliable and honest estate agents. I would definitely use Hawes again. All of their agents come across as better trained, more professional and more collegiate than those at other agencies. We wanted to thank Damian Anderson from the Raynes Park branch, in particular. He was genuinely motivated to get our sale over the line and was always so generous with his time on the phone, even when I was conscious I had started to ramble!

We have just completed on the sale of our flat with Ben from the Wimbledon Broadway office. I cannot thank him enough for finally getting us over the line. Ben went above and beyond for us finding another buyer really quickly when the original one pulled out right before exchange. Throughout the whole process Ben was great to deal with, communicating regularly, helping to chase solicitors and really staying on top of our sale. We might not have been the biggest transaction but Ben made us feel like we were his only client and that is an invaluable quality. Highly recommend Hawes and Ben from Wimbledon Broadway.

Excellent service from Hawes and Co from start to finish with the sale of our house. They priced our property competitively and got us way more than expected. They went above and beyond in helping us with additional advice on things related to our property chain. We contacted Hawes & Co as we were relocating abroad and wanted to rent out our family home to ideally another family. We were connected with Emil who was attentive, understanding and actually just really pleasant to deal with. He helped with all aspects of renting the house out, and was patient with the emotions related to parting ways with your family property. He found a great tenant and hope for a smooth experience as landlords. We are now of course dealing with the property management team, so hope for an equally straight forward and attentive team to work with.
