GoogleTried to fraudulently overcharge me by inflating the cost of an inventory. Try to dupe me because I did not agree a fee upfront. Almost doubled the cost and made the contractor provider provide me with a receipt that hid their mark-up. Lower letting fees than most local agents but ridiculous hidden costs. Stay away!

GoogleThey make you sign up to a “free” lifetime legal trial which if you forget to cancel (easy to do throughout a busy buying process) costs you £8 a month, without any reminders to cancel this. I have now had this for this for 17 months without needing any of their services or receiving a single email from them to let me know I have a subscription! If this was one of my elderly relatives, they would have never noticed. Scam. Furthermore, when my seller sadly passed away throughout the course of my purchase they failed to let me know, leaving me to discover it through another agency that works with this same landlord.
