GoogleAt no point did Haus explain they would be subcontracting maintenance to RNL. Apparently they only do professional lets... My experience today was absolutely unprofessional! Provide keys to a property that was filthy and hadn't even been inspected. Contacted RNL who blamed Haus for not warning us they'd be busy and not to expect to be able to move in on the day we picked up keys. Feel a bit sorry for Lesia as she was pleasant to deal with, but the way the manager (I assume) was barking orders at the staff in Haus Headingley office today was uncomfortable to witness. Thankfully the landlord arrived to make sure things had gone OK so has our feedback. Perhaps his money will be better spent elsewhere next time.

GoogleWhen I went for my viewings Kimberly was very easy to talk to and very approachable, she also was able to answer any questions I had on the property and any other enquiries I had. It made the whole experience a lot smoother and enjoyable.

GoogleKimberley did an excellent job with the viewing. Most questions were well answered in an honest and respectful way. Trying to find a rental is challenging but she did a great job in making the process less stressful.

GoogleI have had the pleasure of dealing with Haus Homes both as a potential buyer and more recently as a Vendor and I can not praise them enough for the work they do. They are extremely thorough and professional throughout the selling process, whilst continuing to exude a friendly approach to what can be a stressful process. Keep up the great work, you are streets ahead of the rest!!!! I have once again used Haus to deal with the sale of my In-Laws property and would reiterate all my previous comments regarding the Team. Excellent from start to finish. WELL DONE TO HEATHER AND THE TEAM!!!!! YES - I have used Haus once again for our personal move this time. The team are outstanding every step of the way. Heather has been our Negotiator and kept us fully upto date making regular contact throughout and even checking in with us after we had moved to see that we were settling in. I can not praise them enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GoogleI’ve had experience of estate agents before ( good and bad) and friends and family have also shared their experiences and horror stories with me. Haus and the team in Sheffield by comparison stand out from the crowd. All through my recent experience my hand has been held. Heather at Haus was even able to provide updates before my solicitor did! I dealt with mainly Heather and Josh who were outstanding, however every time I rang the Haus office anybody could give me updates as the system was kept bang up to date with every interaction from all involved parties. I opted for Haus to do all my viewings which suited me better. I was given timely debriefs and updates which I was grateful for given selling a house can be very stressful at times. I would highly recommend Haus for buying or selling your property if you want a first class service and peace of mind.

GoogleI cannot praise Haus enough for how they have been there for us over the last few months. Buying a house can be a really stressful experiences but everyone at Haus was kind friendly professional and efficient. They always did what they said they would do, kept us informed and were at the end of the phone every time we needed to talk. If you want to use an Estate Agent that is trustworthy and a pleasure to work with then chose Haus...I cannot recommend them enough !!!

GoogleI was recommended to Haus by a friend. I had 3 estate agents round to give me a price and advice re selling. David was the best by far, no hard sell, down to earth and realistic with expectations from the sale. We had a constant steady flow of viewings until they found my buyer. They ALWAYS answer the phone or get back to me immediately unlike some estate agents I had dealings with when looking for my property. Heather was so encouraging, helpful not only with my sale but also with my purchase from another estate agent. She has been totally amazing, professional, knowledgeable but warm and friendly advising me on everything I asked of her. I am beyond grateful to everyone at Haus but especially Heather Thanks to all I would highly recommend HAUS

GoogleHelen, Emma and the team provided an absolutely invaluable service in letting our property after we had struggled to find a tenant ourselves. They were communicative and clear throughout, giving honest, expert advice and making the whole process extremely straightforward. GoogleWe viewed a property through Haus and although we have not bought yet I would just like to share some feedback. David who showed us round was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was in contact with us after and gave some brilliant advice which you just do not get with some other agents, we felt he was not just thinking about the sellers but also the buyer. I would hand on heart comfortably say I would happily deal with him to buy or sell and I'm hoping to do business with him in the future. Thank you again David well done Tim

GoogleWe’d moved around buying and selling houses quite a bit over the years but hadn’t used Haus before . The opportunity came when we had our offer accepted on one of their properties and so decided to sell ours through them too . This was totally THE RIGHT CHOICE ! The whole team were completely on the ball with everything and worked with us every step of the way . James was amazing and let us really get involved with the marketing side of things .( We are admittedly control freaks ! ) Ben , the photographer went above and beyond to get the images just right - they were fab ! And Heather , who was just so calm and brilliantly efficient at not only the job of selling our house but handling all the emotions from me - excitement, nerves, frustration at the pace of all the legal stuff ! She kept us really well informed through all the stages of the process getting us a fantastic price and all completed in around 7 weeks ! We will obviously be using Haus again 😄
