GoogleHaving not purchased, or sold a property for over 25yrs, we contacted Heather at Haus to help steer us through the sales process. From the first call to the last, her (and her team's) communication was timely, well-informed, and extremely professional, yet had an air of familiarity and friendliness. Heather guided us through what was a difficult period, selling my late Mum's house - a bitter sweet period, dealt with sensitivity and genuine support throughout. They also advised on a suitable Solicitor for the conveyancing aspects and financial transactions, who were also at the top of their game. The whole process took very little time to achieve completion and we were kept updated by Haus's online portal - a daily check of all interested parties and general sales progress became our go-to dashboard! Haus couldn't have been easier to deal with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting sound advice with no pushy tactics involved. Extremely reasonably priced too and well worth every penny in my book. Thank you!

GoogleWe bought a house sold by Haus Sheffield and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. House buying is a stressful experience but having Olivia in the chain and on the end of the phone was the best part of the experience by a long long way. Friendly, professional and proactive, couldn't ask for more. No doubt we will be phoning Olivia as soon as we decide to move (even if it might be a while!).

GoogleWe recently purchased a home through Haus and had a really good experience. Most of our communications were with Olivia and she was both friendly and extremely professional. We absolutely love our new property and have no plans to move again in the near future. If we were to, using Haus to sell for us would be a clear choice.

GoogleI had a great experience with Haus. They were the estate agent for the house my partner and I were purchasing and I cannot recommend Olivia enough. She was always so positive, attentive and very friendly which always put me at ease when asking questions as this was new to me. Olivia was efficient when chasing solicitors, even when she didn't need to! If we move again we will certainly go with Haus as the estate agent as it was great working with Olivia.
