As first time sellers we were anxious about the whole process of selecting an estate agent, selling our home of 20 years and finding a new home. Fortunately, one of the estate agents we spoke to were Haus who immediately made us feel at ease with their personal and professional touch, this made the decision to go with them extremely easy. What an incredible service. I wish all letting agents were like this. From the very beginning of the process when we were inquiring about properties, to the viewings and the whole lease process, Helen was so caring and communicative. On the day of the key pick-up, she went above and beyond to make sure we got our keys, and this is precisely what you need during such stressful times. The welcome pack at our new house was so adorable too. We recently rented two of our properties in Sheffield through Haus. We have owned four properties in Sheffield since 2009 and as such had to deal with many of the city agents through the years. I can honestly say this was the best experience we had so far and our only regret is not finding them earlier. Their setup fees on the full managment is a little expensive but it seems the norm in Sheffield. I think the industry needs to review what the real cost to a landlord is, but this is a separate issue I suppose. The service was honest, they took action and executed advertising and letting both properties in a matter of two weeks, which I thought was great. I will definitely use them again and can highly recommend their service.
