GoogleI found colleagues at Haus Homes to be friendly and exceptionally helpful right from their initial visit when they valued the house, all the way through to moving day. Their communication was always very quick and timely and they were very helpful at chasing buyers and sellers for us towards the end. I would highly recommend.

GoogleWe have just completed the sale of our parents' property through Haus. From start to finish we have had great service from the team. We met David when he came to value the property and it was an easy decision to choose this Estate Agent. Polite, friendly and professional, he gave good advice on pricing the property. Josh has been our property consultant throughout the process. The sale definitely presented us with a number of challenges along the way. Josh was fantastic at guiding us through these obstacles and we felt he always had our best interests at heart. He was very proactive in chasing things up with the buyer's solicitor and always kept us informed by phone or email. It has been a pleasure dealing with Josh. Thank you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Haus.

GoogleWe used Haus to sell our flat and they were just amazing from start to finish. They offered such a warm and respectful service, in that they really appreciated and properly valued what we loved about our old home and understood the potential that we saw in it. We accepted an offer at the top of the asking price after just two weeks, and in just 12 more weeks we completed! The process was so smooth. I did a lot of research on estate agents in Sheffield, and we had a number of valuations from different firms. For Haus we had two initial visits from David, one of the directors, who seemed to really know his stuff. It was genuinely nice to walk David through our home and he really saw its potential - which we were really impressed by whereas other agents didn't seem as enthused. I didn't expect such a high valuation, but David seemed confident we could achieve it - and we did! The fee was also very reasonable and competitive compared to some other agents. From there we worked with Keeley and Ben for the viewings who produced a great brochure and beautiful photography that, again, really captured what we liked about our home. In the days after the ad went live I was really surprised at the number of viewings that came in. We had constant updates on ad views, bookings and what people thought of the property through the online portal, which was really useful and something we checked regularly every day. Within two weeks we had accepted an offer. Josh took us through the rest of the process and was really friendly and helpful when we had questions. It was really useful to use the portal to check up on the process as Josh did all the chasing and organising behind the scenes. So basically, the service was amazing, the fee very reasonable, the process quick and the final sale price was higher than we ever imagined. It could not have been any better. Thank you!

GoogleAfter a disastrous experience letting out my house with my prior letting agent, I asked Helen from Haus to step in and take over the letting out of my property. She was extremely professional from start to finish She got all the required paperwork sorted out in super quick time, was always available when calling by phone, and replied to emails very quickly too. I would like to thank her for also helping me navigate the exit from my previous incompetent agent. It is obvious that Helen knows what's she is doing. I would highly recommend Helen and Haus for any 1st time landlords who are nervous about entering the lettings game. Thanks Helen

GoogleWe just moved into our first home which we purchased through Haus and had an excellent experience working with Heather. Whilst we did experience some long delays due to our sellers, Heather and Haus were very supportive and helpful in mitigating these as much as possible. As first time buyers who had dealt with some awful, rude estate agents with other properties we offered on, we were pleasantly surprised with the great treatment from Haus. We always felt like they were acting in our interest as buyers, and not exclusively focused on the sellers interests to make it as smooth a process as possible for everyone involved. We are over the moon with our house and have no plans to sell anytime soon, if we do ever sell we will definitely consider using Haus. Highly recommend for anyone currently looking to buy or sell a property!

GoogleHeather Slater at haus was our estate agent for our previous move and had been so helpful and efficient so when we came to move house again she was our first choice and they did a great job again. Heather (and all of her colleagues) have always been so efficient, helpful and friendly and do a really great job and always super professional. They were great with helping sort viewings and marketing the house and we got several offers within weeks of listing over asking price, and were great throughout the transaction. It really takes some of the stress away from what can be a stressful process and we are so happy that we chose haus. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI have used Haus Homes Sheffield three times now and the service has been nothing short of exceptional. They are really good at marketing properties in such a way as to create great interest amongst the right sort of buyers. They have managed to achieve this for all three sales despite them all being quite different. They were also available when we needed them, responding to emails and phone calls incredibly quickly to give advice and guidance, even about houses we were trying to buy. We simply couldn't have got through the last 2 years without Julie, Heather, Becky and David! Thanks so much! I am always recommending them to friends and I would use them again without hesitation.
