GoogleThe team is professional, kind, and quick in answering questions. Lesia was very patient throughout the whole process. I wanted to view the property again before making any decisions, and she understood my point in a very nice way. Hope and Will were very polite and helpful too. They answered my emails and sorted my doubts out when Lesia was not around. I would definitely get in touch with them again in the future to rent a new place. Thank you!

GoogleWe sold out house with Haus earlier in the year and were very pleased with the whole process. Heather kept us up to date regularly and was very quick to answer any queries we had. Everything went very smoothly and the sale went through surprisingly quickly, which I believe was down to Heather's hard work and great communication with all parties.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Haus and couldn’t have asked for more. They were super professional from start to finish. The whole team work seamlessly together. Their computer systems for recording viewings and keeping you up to date are fantastic. We always knew what was happening with our sale. Heather was looking after our sale and she was always in contact with me to make sure I was happy and to see if I needed anything. I would highly recommend Haus and infact would not sell through anyone else. Amazing company and amazing team.

GoogleWe bought a home from house - Heather was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with and gave us regular updates . The team let us do some extra viewings to measure up and get quotes for work that would need doing and were very accommodating. Heather really pushed to get the sellers solicitors to get going so we could get in our new house asap. We’re now very pleased to be in our home thanks to Heather and the Haus team.

Googlewouldnt recommend this agency to my worst enemy. still waiting to be contacted and told what's happening over a week after our move in date. they pick and choose which emails to reply to and never want to give you management details - they will just ignore you! we weren't even sent all of the documents needed until AFTER our move in date. we are STILL waiting to move in. referencing team don't bother communicating with us or the rest of the agency which has left one of our tenant group without a place to stay.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of Haus and our experience with them. Having previously used a different agent, there is no comparison between the 2, Haus were amazing. It’s been a very stressful process but Haus were so supportive and patient with us. They sold our house and helped us to secure our onward purchase. Both David and Josh were incredible and felt more like friends. Also a thank you to Heather who gave us the news we were successful in our bid. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Haus, in fact I don’t believe there’s any other option!

GoogleHaus were recommended to us by a friend who had used them and were really impressed with them. Haus made the whole process of selling our home run smoothly from start to end. From Claire's excellent advice on how to create great photos of the house to Josh who was our negotiator and got us a really good price. The team in the office are excellent and most importantly are really good at answering the phones for client bookings and feedback. I think they have a really good process which made selling our house feel less stressful and very smooth. I have already recommended them to friends who want to sell their house.

Because a lot of the properties are actually managed by a company called RNL. Look them up on here - they have an average of 1.5 stars. Be careful before you sign for a property here.
