It’s taken a while but we are happy now

It’s taken a while but we have gotten there pretty much all snag sorted and a brick wall has been built to ensure our child’s safety in the garden. Still a few thing pending but we love our house and once harron stopped dragging their feet they have now resolved most things. Our New Harron Home

We are due to move into our new Harron Home at the Brierley Heath development in a few weeks time. From the start we have been kept up to date with the build, with regular information and photo updates. This has been very helpful for us as we are re-locating, so do not live close to the development to check the progress ourselves. The Customer Service received from Julie, the Sales Executive, has been excellent. She has handled and answered all our queries promptly and on meeting Adie, the Site Manager, we found him very informative and helpful too. Considering the issues and delays caused by Covid-19 we are very happy with how quickly our build has progressed and are very much looking forward to finally moving into our new home!

Fantastic service

We have reserved our plot at forest reach and I can honestly say that Alistair has been amazing. We’ve done the move maker scheme and right from the off he has helped us so much. We haven’t been easy as we swapped from part ex to move maker and house types but he has helped every step of the way. Weekly phone calls to see how we are getting on, keeping us up to date with the next steps etc. We have now fully reserved and he has been great, explaining everything, helping with extras, getting us in touch with the mortgage advisors, solicitors etc. Thank you so much Alistair we are lucky to have you as are sales advisor!

A Beautiful House

Just completed yesterday and spent the first evening in our lovely new home at Oaklands Heath. What a great experience we have had. Debbie and Jacqui couldn't have been more helpful in the process of moving and getting everything sorted. Jason is an absolute star and wants to have everything perfect for anyone moving in, an excellent team. If all moves were like this I wouldn't have left it 20 years. Definitely not the same experience we had 20 years ago moving into a new build when things just weren't finished. Only wish we'd been in sooner but due to covid have had to wait, but well worth the wait.

Getting excited, days until we move in to our new home.

In the final stages of buying our new family home with Harron Homes, Forest Reach estate. So far all going very well. Alistair who runs the sales office there has been brilliant from the day we walked in for information to date, always happy to take calls or emails with any queries we have even if some of them seem silly questions he is always happy to answer. Site manager seems a really nice a helpful guy, I believe both will be there for us if we experience any issues once moved in but we have no doubt all will be great. Yes we shall expect minor issues due to drying out and shrinkage, this is expected from a new build. Once we have moved in and settled we shall leave another review.

There were initial snags that we’re no major than a few cracks in the plaster work, sorted it and everything else our decorator could easily sort when prepping the walls. The estate looks lovely, nicely spaced out and quiet. Just waiting for the roads to be laid!

Appauling experience.

Appauling experience.Horrific time prior to moving in and no better since. 6wks and unable to put down a hall carpet due to Harron not getting faults with bannister fixed or decorated. We have a 4yr old and stairs with nails stuck out. Damaged flooring not replaced. Scratched doors they wont replace as scratches they say arent visable- they are! Shoddy workmanship. Awful decorating. Damaged my leather chair. Garden made too small. The lists are endless! They dont turn up when promised, they dont answer phone or emails. Lavender Fold site is a joke, everyone is unhappy. One house has been built wrong!

keep your money and stay away

Had our harron home almost 2 years. Still got all our snags unresolved. Terrible company. 6 months on from first reporting it and our roof is still hanging off and not yet fixed. Site managers keep telling us “roofers aren’t working” Even though we see them on site. The site office tell us to email so we do and get ignored. Absolute cowboys. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy one.

My partner and I moved into our brand new Harron Home on Brierley Heath around 2 months ago. From start to finish we have had such a positive experience. Julie the sales lady is really friendly and helpful and we feel very lucky to have Aidy as our site manager. He has gone above and beyond for us and works in such a professional and friendly way. Aidy and Joel (assistant site manager) are both very hardworking and approachable, nothing seems too much for them.I would definitely recommend buying a house on the Brierley Heath site, our house is beautiful and we could not be happier.

Almost 2 months in our new home.

Moved in recently at amberwood chase and love our home. Excellent customer service through lockdown and kept us up to date on our build all the way through. Naturally we have snags which is expected in most new builds, they could be acknowledged and worked on quicker but we aren't the only home on the site so understand how these things work. We moved to York Vale Gardens on 31/07/20 and our experience has been absolutely amazing.Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 Our moving date got delayed but Caroline, Angie and Scott have done everything to make us feel comfortable with the whole situation.
