Bought our first ever new build house at Laughton Gate. Fell in love with the show home and went to see Julie in the marketing suite. Both Julie and Jo have been brilliant! Really friendly and knowledgeable with every aspect of our purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and they even printed our legal documents off and posted/delivered them on our behalf. A great experience from start to finish.

Shipley Lakeside.Visited the site last Sunday to view a 4 bed family home. Was met by Sarah, who was extremely professional, helpful, welcoming and friendly. We walked around both show homes that was available and was very impressed by the standard. After viewing, Sarah asked for our specific requirements and was willing to show us around A few new plots that was coming available soon. After sales repairs shocking I have spent the last 6 months making numerous phone calls almost begging for snagging and repairs to be completed even within less than a year of moving in. You can take time off work and no one turns up no one notifies you So good luck

Recently completed on a purchase at Laughton Gate.With the help of Jo & Julie, the process was really easy as we took advantage of the part exchange scheme offered to us. It doesn't happen to everyone but from signing to moving in just 5 weeks!Everyone at the development has been amazing. Jo & Julie are always on hand to answer any questions we have and help where they can. Shout out to Neil, who has been absolutely brilliant always again on hand for any issues we have...i emailed an issue at 12.30 am, round at the property at 08.10am issue fixed by 09.00am cant ask for better customer service than that.The house itself is a great build and suits our needs perfectly. Very Poor customer service.I’ve noted the positive reviews are from presale customers clearly where all their customer focus is because once you are in the property there’s zero care to speak of. If I was asked to rate on presale service it would certainly be 5 stars. Since moving to our property at York vale gardens there has been quite a few snagging issues some have been resolved but others remain which is why I have taken to trust pilot. I feel extremely disappointed to be writing this review but I’ve been compelled to as all my efforts to resolve the most pressing issue of a leaking sink have been dreadfully handled by their customer service team! Emails and calls are not responded to in a timely fashion and promises not fulfilled. Complaints are not followed up to ensure the problem has been fixed. I’m currently considering paying for a plumber and billing Harron homes! They are on notice of this as I’m fed to keep moping up water from the kitchen floor!
