GoogleI bought a house through ferndown Estate agents , I dealt with Sam Dunne, the history of the house was a murder had happened here , the case was high profile and was covered by all the media, ie, television ,radio, the newspapers , the house is less than 1 mile from Ferndown estate agents offices, ferndown Estate agents and Sam Dunne knew about it , and never ever mentioned it to me ,I believe the reason is ,I would have been in a better negotiation place , or I wouldn't have purchased it, i wouldn't recommend anyone use these people for anything , they are dishonest and deceitful. Thank you Ian , owner of ferndown Estate agents , for your reply to my review ,if you are suggesting I'm lying , when you say unfounded allegations ? I suggest you and your staff , including John who showed me round the house and who also never said a word about the murder ? we should all take polygraph tests , otherwise known as lie detectors , they are 98 % infallible, and when the tests show who is a liar ? the liar pays for the tests , I don't mind a wager on the side either , just let me know when you want to take the lie detector tests ? Im available anytime , my conveyancing solicitors was never told about the murder either ?, but a solicitor and a Barrister told me , the seller nor the estate agent has to tell you about the murder , and if you don't ask the question ? (has a murder happened at a house or any property ) they are not duty bound to tell you , as ridiculous as it sounds , thats the law, but I think you knew that .

Thank you for posting your review Malcolm. We are more than a little disappointed to read your comments, particularly on the basis you purchased the property in January 2021. All viewers attending this property was advised of the incident that took place at the front of the property. There were 11 viewings at the property and I can confidently confirm that your position as a buyer was not compromised in the slightest Mr McMahon. It would have been appreciated if you had chosen to contact us after the sale rather than post unfounded allegations on a portal 3 and a half years later!

GoogleFrom start to finish the team acted with professionalism and class. Helpful, straightforward and kind. Out situation was not straight forward and the team were patient and accommodating. Special mention to the after sales rep Charlotte, complete class act and someone fee sales show do anything to keep happy. Consummate professional who went above and beyond to the very end. GoogleFerndown Estate Agents in Marston Green sold a house for us at the end of last year. They were absolutely fantastic. Ian was extremely professional and knowledgeable and we trusted his judgement and felt safe with his expertise, experience and guidance through the whole process. He was really helpful. The rest of the team were great too. Charlotte the Post Sales Manager needs a special mention too as she was absolutely brilliant and one of the best people you could ever wish to deal with at what is obviously a stressful time. She was such an outstanding communicator, keeping us up to date at every stage. She is also a really likeable person and we felt at ease talking to her and trusted that she would always do her best for us. We would give more than 5* if we could.

GoogleI've been privately renting with ferndown estates for 12 years and I've not had a single problem. I cannot fault them at all, I also highly recommend ferndown estates. They made renting so easy. Everyone who I've dealt with was professional, helpful, very informative and lovely. Whenever I've had a problem in the property that needed fixing, it was always dealt with effectively and quick. It's been a peace of mind knowing I've had stability for the last 12 years, and renting through ferndowns was smoothly. I cannot thank you guys enough. Thank you for looking after me and my family

Unlike other large agencies they market at correct price and do not tie you in for a contract thats too long, as they are rightly confident in their ability and pricing strategy. GoogleWhat can I say. I have used Ferndown Estate Agents for my lettings for many years now, and I have always had a great experience. They are courteous, diligent, thorough, professional, as well as kind and friendly. They manage my property on a fully managed basis and carry out all necessary checks at the start of the tenancy and then inspections and reports and repairs throughout the tenancy on my behalf. I know I can trust them to do an excellent job. I also recently sold a property using Ferndown sales team, and I received the same wonderful service, with attention to detail, carried out in a professional but caring manner. Thank you to all the staff at Ferndown, both lettings and sales teams and of course not forgetting Ian. Thank you all.

GoogleMy recently purchased property was listed with Ferndownestates. From first contact to completion Ferndown have been great. I dealt with Charlotte most of the time and she was great. After having a deal fall through with a different so called "professional" estate agent, I can definitely say this is how a estate agent should act. Charlotte was professional the whole time and would help with queries I had for the sellers quickly. Thanks Charlotte

I chased them over a specific house and they were always accommodating and helpful until the house came to market. Charlotte managed everything once our offer was accepted and was a pleasure to deal with. Always helpful and always responded to our queries.
